Try something like these but adapt it to your area, space, ability and interest. Remember this should be FUN, and the ultimate goal is usually to prepare the body for the rigors of life. This is not the end but the means to the end. Helping you function better in your life whether its reducing injuries while you pursue outdoor passions or just to live healthy and move with ease until your dying days.
In this movement session Hilary was wearing a weighted backpack and her new Vibram Five Finger shoes. She is 59 years young and wants to move and feel better and have more energy and endurance for x-c skiing, long lining her horse, hiking, riding bikes and just Living Life!
In this video, we added some balance and proprioception work. Hilary was really stoked with the result.
