Up in beautiful Smugglers Notch in Jeffersonville, VT we will be putting on a six week movement series 2x weekly at 6 am. Great way to super charge your day and get the party started right! Expect lots of mobility work, agility and coordination challenges, partner drills(meet new folks) and plenty of good ol’ fashioned sweat inducing work set amidst one of VT’s true natural treasures.
