I started in a gym.
But my heart and soul was always about the outdoors.
In cold water.
On uneven ground.
In places where movement mattered. Dirt, rock , terrain.
That’s where I learned:
Your body isn’t built for machines.

endurance races
cold environments
ocean movement
remote terrain
Extreme physical labor
But this isn’t about extremes.
It’s about what those experiences taught me.
How to move efficiently.
How to stay calm under pressure.
How to adapt.

Movement is not exercise.
It’s awareness.
It’s how you:
walk
crawl
lift
carry
balance
breathe
respond and react
Catch and throw
Train it daily, even a little, and everything changes.
